I joined Fendix in April 2022 and I must say, I really like it! My calendar is already packed with implementation projects and other ongoing assignments. As far as I'm concerned, a nice development!
What do you think of the culture within Fendix?
What I really like at Fendix is that we are building a great culture and you can always be yourself. The culture at Fendix is very open, there is time to joke around or find some distraction with your colleagues. I'm very proud to say that I have top colleagues! We are on the same page in terms of motivation and attitude and support each other wherever possible. Because we attach great importance to communication and openness, there is a pleasant and transparent atmosphere where we accept each other's norms and values and where we can talk to each other.
How can you develop yourself within Fendix?
Freedom within your job is one such contributing factor.
Als er onderwerpen zijn die je interessant vindt, krijg je altijd de kans om uit te zoeken en te presenteren wat voor toegevoegde waarde het heeft voor de organisatie. Ook kom ik veel in de gelegenheid om mee te denken over de toekomst van Fendix. Zo ben ik betrokken bij sales en ondersteun ik bij het opstellen van juridische documenten (wat in één lijn ligt met mijn achtergrond: HBO Rechten).
All these things together make it again that I go to work every day with great pleasure and commitment. There is a nice working atmosphere and I feel very appreciated. Together with my colleagues we are working every day to certify clients and customers and to make a difference together in this consulting world.
