Our Q-meeting: reflecting, growing and looking ahead

Every three months at Fendix, we deliberately take time to pause for a moment. During our Q-meeting, we look back on successes together, share insights and set the course for the next quarter.

Why are we doing this?

We believe that growth is only truly valuable when you consciously reflect on it. The Q-meeting is the time for us to zoom out with the whole team. What have we achieved? What went well, and what can we get smarter or better at?

 

It is an opportunity to be transparent about where we are working toward as an organization. Everyone, from consultants to marketing colleagues, knows what's going on and what our common goals are. That provides direction, but also engagement: you feel you are part of the whole.

 

And just as important - we celebrate our successes. Because no matter how busy things are, dwelling on what goes well gives energy to build on again.

 

What do we discuss at the Q meeting?

The Q-meeting is all about clarity and connection. Each department shares its key results, insights and goals for the upcoming quarter.

 

  • Consultancy talks about completed implementations, audits and new projects.
  • Sales shares what clients we have been able to welcome and what opportunities are coming up.
  • Marketing shows how we continue to build on our visibility and brand identity.
  • HR provides an update on our growth, new colleagues and initiatives within culture and workplace happiness.

 

We look not just at numbers, but more importantly at impact: what do these results mean for our clients and for us as a team?

 

In addition, there is room to celebrate successes, name milestones and look ahead together. By sharing knowledge and aligning goals, we all know where we stand and what we want to achieve together.

 

Looking back with pride: Q3 of 2025

The past few months have been all about growth: in people, projects and direction. Our teams have made visible strides:

 

  • Marketing is working with full energy to revamp Fendix's identity. This identity shows exactly who we are and what we stand for.
  • Sales continues to keep up the pace: new clients, challenging routes and long-term collaborations with existing partners.
  • HR is running at full speed: with seven new colleagues in a year, not only is the team growing, but the culture we are proud of is developing.
  • Our consultants are running at full speed. From audits to implementations, they help organizations take their information security to the next level.

 

Growth in our way of working

At Fendix, growth means more than a multiplication of people or projects. We are also continuously growing in a stronger way of working together. A good example of this is that Jelle recently started supporting Mathijs in guiding new colleagues as a project manager.

We invest not only in new people, but also in the way we work together, share knowledge and strengthen each other. We do this through regular evaluations, Fendix Babbels and HR meetings.

 

Looking ahead with ambition

The direction is clear: more m², more colleagues and bigger projects. We continue to build Fendix - with each other, for each other and for our clients. Together, we make the difference. 💪
