From full-time consultant to wearing two hats
Jurre had been working full-time as a consultant at Fendix for a year and a half. Since January, that has changed: he now spends half his week focusing on employer branding and marketing, while continuing as a consultant for the other half. It’s a combination that suits him well, as he loves diving into the creative side of content creation. Making videos with colleagues, showcasing who Fendix is, and translating that into something valuable for both new hires and clients—that’s what energizes Jurre.
Safeguarding and promoting our culture
Beyond content creation, Jurre is now responsible for something just as important: safeguarding and promoting the Fendix culture. This applies not only externally but also within the team itself. Together with Wouter and Amber, he organized this summer’s workation, and thanks in part to Jurre, company outings and sports activities are now a more frequent fixture on the calendar. In short: if you’re new to Fendix or looking to get a feel for the atmosphere and the people here, you’ll likely cross paths with Jurre.
Who is Jurre outside of office hours?
Jurre has been living in Den Bosch for a year now with his girlfriend, Iris, a city where he feels right at home. Sports are in his DNA. He plays for the Men’s 1 hockey team in Rosmalen, and when he’s not on the pitch, he loves picking up a tennis racket or hitting the gym. He studied at Radboud University and made the move to Fendix in 2024—a choice he is still incredibly happy with.
Interested in joining the Fendix team?
