Think of it as external system administrators and IT specialists, but with knowledge of your organization and processes. An MSP member can take over various responsibilities from you. For example, the monitoring and security of networks, servers, and equipment, workplace management and security, or cloud management. With an MSP, you prevent extinguishing fires and proactively stay ahead of threats.
