What will you do?
Als Privacy Consultant ondersteun je klanten bij het naleven van privacywetgeving en het implementeren van privacybeleid. Je taken omvatten onder andere:
🔍 Adviseer klanten over de AVG en andere privacywetgeving.
🛡️ Voer privacy-audits en risicoanalyses (DPIA’s) uit.
✍️ Stel privacybeleid en verwerkersovereenkomsten op en verbeter deze.
🔓 Beantwoord vragen over gegevensverwerking en datalekken.
📢 Ondersteun bij bewustwordingssessies en trainingen.
What do you bring?
🎓 Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in rechten of een vergelijkbare richting.
🔐 Interesse in privacywetgeving en gegevensbescherming (AVG).
🗣️ Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding (onderzoekskills).
🇬🇧 Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
🖥️ Ervaring met privacytools is een plus, maar geen must!

Here's how you're going to learn
Voordat je echt aan de slag gaat bereiden we je graag goed voor. Tijdens onze onboarding leer je alles wat je moet weten om vol vertrouwen naar jouw eerste klant te gaan. Geen zorgen als je nog niet alles weet, we brengen je graag up to speed! 🚀
- Get a taste of the culture, and get to know your colleagues and work activities
- You will be paired with a colleague, your buddy
- You are going to be introduced to ISO 27001
- Buddy track- join your buddy in implementations he/she is running
- You will take courses from ISO 27001
- You will attend Lead Auditor training.
- You will start with a practice implementation within Fendix
- Feedback moments with buddy
- You will finalize and complete courses
- You walk with your buddy at his clients' homes
- You complete the practice implementation
- You will receive feedback and an improvement session for your practice implementation
- Your confidence in your own abilities rises and you find that you begin to feel a need for your own clients and responsibility.
- In addition to being a consultant, you will develop as an auditor by performing internal audits independently, among other things.
- The final touches! You will mainly be practicing at customer sites and going with colleagues to practice running an implementation independently
- Welcome on board! You are now officially a consultant and of course we are going to celebrate!

- You will start with a practice implementation within Fendix.
- You will go with the customer. Together with your buddy you will perform your first implementations.
- In addition to your initial work, you will continue to gain knowledge by taking the cyber security course.
- You get more and more responsible and start working on policies.
- When you go to the customer with your buddy you prepare for the meeting.
- Feedback moments with buddy
- You complete the first buddy projects together.
- You will learn how to perform services such as internal audits, gap analysis and phishing tests.
- You will be assigned your first official client and get to run your own project.
- In addition, you will further develop as an auditor and consultant by conducting internal audits independently.
- The final steps! You run your own clients and evaluate with your buddy about experiences.
- Welcome on board! You are now officially a junior consultant and of course we are going to celebrate!
- Just take the key to your car!
