As a Sales Executive, you will boost Fendix's growth by attracting new customers and building and maintaining relationships. You will spot opportunities, maintain ongoing contact with potential customers, and close deals that truly meet customer needs. You can communicate our services clearly and concisely, and know how to engage customers in your story. In other words: someone who has learned from experience to set their sights on targets and put their commercial mindset to work.

What will you do?

🚀 You attract new customers and orders .

🎤 You will present our services in the field of information security, privacy, and AI, and show (potential) customers the value we can offer them.

🔍 You actively seek ways to expand our services to existing customers (upselling).

🤝 You play an active role in the negotiations and ensure that the contract terms are fair for both parties.

👥 You will work closely with our commercial manager and the sales team, who will share all their knowledge and experience with you.

🤝 You build and maintain relationships with potential customers while discovering new business opportunities.

What do you bring?

🧠 Experience - At least 2 years of business sales experience.

Drive - Just go for it! You enjoy the challenge of opening doors through cold acquisition and data and converting warm leads.

Accuracy - You manage your own back office and ensure flawless follow-up in our CRM system.

Growth - You have a growth mindset and are eager to learn.

👤 Independence - You work independently with leads and are proactive in market research to optimize your work.

Here's how you're going to learn

Before you get started, we'll make sure you're well prepared. Our growth plan will give you everything you need to approach your sales conversations with confidence. Don't worry if you don't know everything yet; we're happy to help you get up to speed quickly!

Week 1 & 2
  • Get a taste of the culture, and get to know your colleagues and operations
  • You will be paired with a colleague, your buddy
  • You are going to be introduced to ISO 27001

Week 3 & 4
  • Buddy track- join your buddy in implementations he/she is running
  • You will take courses from ISO 27001
  • You will attend Lead Auditor training.

Week 5 & 6
  • You will start with a practice implementation within Fendix
  • Feedback moments with buddy
  • You will finalize and complete courses

Week 7 & 8
  • You walk with your buddy at his clients' homes
  • You complete the practice implementation
  • You will receive feedback and an improvement session for your practice implementation

Week 9 & 10
  • Your confidence in your own abilities rises and you find that you begin to feel a need for your own clients and responsibility.
  • In addition to being a consultant, you will develop as an auditor by performing internal audits independently, among other things.

Week 11 & 12
  • The final touches! You will mainly be practicing at customer sites and going with colleagues to practice running an implementation independently
  • Welcome on board! You are now officially a consultant and of course we are going to celebrate!
  • Just take the key to your car!

Week 1 - 4

  • You will start with a practice implementation within Fendix.
  • You will go along to the customer. Together with your buddy you will perform your first implementations.
  • In addition to your initial work, you will continue to gain knowledge by taking the cyber security course.

Week 9 - 16
  • You get more and more responsible and start working out policies.
  • When you go to the customer with your buddy you prepare for the meeting.
  • Feedback moments with buddy

Week 17 - 20
  • You complete the first buddy projects together.
  • You will learn how to perform services such as internal audits, gap analysis and phishing tests.
  • You will be assigned your first official client and get to run your own project.
  • In addition, you will further develop as an auditor and consultant by conducting internal audits independently.

Week 21 - 24
  • The final steps! You run your own clients and evaluate with your buddy about experiences.
  • Welcome on board! You are now officially a junior consultant and of course we are going to celebrate!
  • Just take the key to your car!
