- Bachelor's level of professional ability: you don't necessarily need a specific educational background to work with us. We care about your drive, communication skills, and whether you are a good fit for our culture.

How you will learn
We like to prepare you well. During our onboarding, you will learn everything you need to know to start your project with confidence. During your internship, you can begin the onboarding process so that you can start your traineeship immediately after your internship ends.

How the application works

Social skills are much more important to us than diplomas and certificates. During the application process, we'll primarily work with you to determine what you need to excel in the role. Of course, we'll take your previous experience into account.
