Back up for a moment: what was the problem?
Nedscaper once had an ISMS set up for ISO 27001. But over the years that had become somewhat diluted. Policy documents were now due for update, and knowledge about compliance processes and relevant knowledge had unfortunately left the organization during personnel changes.
